Can I book just one night?
Unfortunately we only rent for 2 nights minimum. You can always contact us to ask if there are any dates that would offer this possibility.

How is the arrival?

Before your arrival for your stay, you will receive an email (5 days before) with information about your stay as well as your access code to the chalet. If you have any questions related to your reservation, contact the owner of the chalet you have reserved directly.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival is at 11 a.m. and departure is at 4 p.m. to ensure cleanliness upon arrival.

What's included?

A starter kit will be prepared for you:

  • Fully equipped kitchen for cooking
  • Dish soap and dishwasher
  • Dish towels and dishcloth
  • Television (without cable), AppleTV or other depending on the chalet)
  • high-speed internet
  • Sheets and towels
  • Toilet paper rolls and paper towels
  • Coffee

  • Are animals accepted?
    Animals are prohibited.

    Can we smoke inside the chalets?

    The cabins are non-smoking.

    Does the spa work in winter?

    Unless there is a breakage beyond our control, the spa operates at all times.

    Is there a BBQ outside?

    There is a propane BBQ on the balcony.

    Is there a fireplace inside?
    The indoor wood fireplace works at all times and there is also an outdoor fireplace on site, however the wood is not included but you can easily find it at the grocery store or at the convenience store in the village.

    How many people can the chalet accommodate?
    The chalets can accommodate from 1 to 4 people. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and extra beds in the living room for 2 additional people. The bedding and towels needed for the 3rd and 4th person are in the wardrobe under the television.

    Is there an internet connection?
    We have high-speed Internet, it is possible to telecommute without hassle in the chalet.

    What is the price for one night?
    Prices per night vary between $230 and $260 depending on the season (plus fees and applicable taxes). We also offer weekly, monthly and seasonal rentals. Check with the owners for availability.

    What is the cancellation policy?
    100% of pre-paid payments are refundable if canceled 28 days prior to arrival or earlier. No refund if canceled within 28 days.

    Is the parking lot near the chalet?
    Yes, parking is directly accessible from the chalet. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, some chalets have a few steps to descend.
